Since 2014, we’ve been hand roasting coffee on site to give as many people as possible superbly fresh coffee. Every bean that leaves Gordon St is the product of hard work, love and even more expertise.

We’re proud to supply beloved coffee nooks in both Glasgow and Edinburgh, as well as keeping our fans from further afield satisfied with speedy online orders so you’ll find our fresh coffee is served in many restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, hotels, bars throughout the country.

OUR COFFEE

We have a number of coffees available to our wholesales customers however we know through experience our House and Glasgow blends are the most popular with our existing accounts. GSC excels in developing beautiful medium to dark blends that really appeal to a wide variety of palates.

TRAINING

In our training sessions, you’ll learn to be a Gordon St art lover and how to do Instagram worthy latte art, to get Steamin’ (in a good way) and achieve glossy, steamed milk and while we can confirm there’s no ‘x’ in espresso you be able to perfect the freshest espresso shot and so much more…

SUPPORT

We offer a fast turn around for all of our orders, including trade accounts. We use DPD for trade accounts to ensure you have your coffee within 3-5 working days which gives you coffee time to de-gas after roasting, which means your coffee will arrive at the perfect time to serve to your customers.

OUR PRODUCTS

The coffee that started it all. With a mix of beans from India, Kenya, Brazil and Guatemala, the Glasgow Roast has a perfectly balanced flavour. This coffee brings together rich Arabica beans with a wee kick of Indian Red Cherry to give your favourite coffee serve a little oomph. It’s our (and our fellow Weegies’) pick for starting off the day the Glasgow way.

We’ve been using Gordon St Coffee as our coffee supplier since the summer of 2022 and The hotel staff have been regular customers of the coffee shop since it opened, making it an obvious choice when looking to change coffee suppliers!

Our guests are a big fan of the Gordon St Coffee Nespresso pods in their rooms because they offer a convenient way to enjoy quality artisan coffee in the comfort of their own room and being a local brand means it’s a perfect fit for Market St Hotel.

The pods are made from Solinatra, a biodegradable plant based material, which is 100% recyclable with our food waste as well as being a premium, locally roasted coffee which also goes down well with our guests.
